By applying for membership, being a member and/or attending an event you represent and warrant the following Terms & Conditions:

This is a private membership club for couples and singles interested in the lifestyle with the intention of meeting others with similar interests in a social setting without any pressure or obligations. By becoming a member you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions under your own freewill.

NO MEANS NO: The Private Affair is a private members only Lifestyle Club. It is for the enjoyment of both men and women alike. Members agree to refrain from engaging in 'pushy' behavior and will conduct themselves according to commonly accepted etiquette. It is acceptable to inquire if someone would like to engage in any sexual activity. It is unacceptable to engage in annoying, harassing, or persistent behavior. Therefore, members agree that if their advances are rejected, they will respect the other party's wishes for privacy and enjoyment. If someone says no, members will respect their wishes.

NO PROSTITUTION: Prostitution is the giving or the receiving of the body for sexual activities for hire. Sexual activity involves the anus, oral, the vaginal area and the penis/genitals. Therefore no one is permitted to ask, solicit or partake in the touching or any other type of contact with another person's penis/genitals, anus or vaginal area for compensation. Compensation does not require money to be exchanged but rather involves anything of value regardless of how trivial that value may be. Anyone who solicits prostitution engages in prostitution or appears to be involved in prostitution will be removed from the premises immediately and their membership revoked.

NO JOKING ABOUT PROSTITUTION: Since solicitation of prostitution is simply a verbal act of one person communicating to another that they wish sexual activity to occur for hire, even joking about sexual activity for hire can be misconstrued to be soliciting prostitution. Therefore, any joking or fooling around about prostitution or acts that may constitute prostitution will result in your immediate removal and your membership revoked.

NO DRUGS: Only prescription drugs from a prescription bottle in the name of the person taking the drug are permitted on premises. ANY other drug, decriminalized or not, are not permitted on the property.

GUNS OR WEAPONS OF ANY KIND: Are NOT permitted on the premises.

CAMERAS, VIDEO OR AUDIO RECORDING EQUIPMENT: Are NOT permitted to be used inside the premises. We do sometime have our photographers on premise for special events for you to get a complimentary disc for you to take home we will however always ask your permission on those occasions.

NO INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT: As with "no means no" as a member of The Private Affair you agree to respect other member's wishes for privacy and enjoyment. Therefore you shall not engage in any inappropriate touching or non- consensual touching, nor will you behave in a manner that is disruptive to other's enjoyment. Loud, obnoxious and inconsiderate behavior shall not be tolerated. Should you act in an inappropriate manner as determined by management, which management deems to be inappropriate, then you will be asked to leave immediately. Should this occur more than once, your membership will be revoked.

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER: To become a member of The Private Affair.

MEMBERSHIP TYPES: Couples membership (male and a female - which must be identified on a state or federally issued ID) Single Male membership. Single Female membership.

SMOKING OR VAPING: There is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere inside of the facility except in the smoking room. Vaping and/or e-cigs are allowed throughout the club.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS SOLELY FOR YOURSELF: Anyone allowing another person to use his or her membership or to pose as him or her for the sake of entry will have his or her membership revoked. Memberships are NON-Transferable.

ORIENTATION: Should you have any concerns as to what might take place, or what might be viewed in the private area inside The Private Affair, then before becoming a member you should ask management any questions you might have or discuss your concerns. You will also have a host couple that will answer all your questions and concerns. If you don't ask any questions, it is assumed that you know the nature of this club and approve of the nature of the club.

NEW MEMBERS: We ask that new members arrive prior to 9pm. After checking in, you will be escorted by one of our Host Couples for a tour of the club and a review of the rules. If you arrive later than 9p, the tour may take longer because it can get more difficult to hear as the noise level increases. New single males MUST be sponsored by a current couple or single female and be accompanied by this member on their first visit.

RESPECT THE CLUB: Understanding that it is necessary to respect the club, as well as other members by showing good behavior, courtesy, personal hygiene, tidiness, safety and proper dress. Refusal to do so may result in entry refusal, sanction or expulsion at the absolute discretion of the club management.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Personal belongings can be kept in lockers or remain in your vehicle. Lockers are on a first come first served basis. You can bring your own lock or you can get one from the bar with a $10 deposit while supplies last.

CELL PHONES: Cell phones may be on your person but they may not be taken out except in the "Selfie" room or in the privacy of your own room. If the room you are in has a window that cannot be covered, you may not use your phone in that room. The basic rule is, If someone else can see your phone, you can't take it out.

LIMITED SPACE: The Private Affair has been known to fill to capacity, you understand that regardless of the fact that you are a member, you will not be allowed to attend and said inability shall not be grounds for a refund of membership fees. You always have to have a reservation, you will be turned down at the door if you just show up.

ALCOHOL: The Private Affair is a private BYOB club and alcohol will not be sold on-premises. Should you desire to drink alcohol (beer, liquor or wine); you must bring your own with you to the premises. ALL alcohol must be checked in with the bar staff. You cannot keep any alcohol, no matter how small with or in your locker. You must also take all your alcohol with you when you leave. We cannot hold it for you. All alcohol left will be disposed of at closing time. No exceptions.

WAIVER AND RELEASE: You as a Member of The Private Affair release all liability regarding The Private Affair owners, all Members of The Private Affair, all staff and volunteers at The Private Affair, and any and all groups and individuals associated with The Private Affair. All Members agree that if you engage in any physical activity, you do so at your own risk. This includes, without limitation, your use of the facilities including but not limited to the hot tub, showers, play rooms, common areas or any equipment available for use during the time that the Member is on the premises and your participation in any activity or program. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and using these facilities and premises and assume all risk of injury to you or the contraction of any illness or medical condition that might result, or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property. You agree on behalf of yourself and your personal representative, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns, to release and discharge us and our employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of our negligence. This Waiver and Release of liability includes without limitation, injuries which may occur as a result of (a) your use of any facilities which may malfunction or break, (b) our improper maintenance of any facilities, (c) our negligent supervision and (d) you slipping or falling while on the premises. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You are waiving any right that you may have to bring a legal action to assert a claim against The Private Affair and any and all associates, volunteers, vendors, etc of The Private Affair for our negligence. You, as a Member of The Private Affair, agree to be courteous, law abiding and friendly at all times.

Please be advised that management strongly suggests that all persons practice safe sex. Please be aware that all activities are at your own risk.

The Private Affair reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
